This is a wonderful place where they do excellent work and the experience of being among the elephants is quite magical. I'd been to other ethical elephant places but this was something even better than them. There's a depth to your experience and also the sheer beauty of the place. The staff are outstanding. Thank you so much, Mr La, for your fascinating information and insights. You were a great guide.

Je n’oublierais jamais ces 3 jours hors du temps à l’ECC! Ce fût merveilleux de voir les éléphants dans leurs habitats naturels, entourées de personnes incroyables et passionnées par ce qu’ils font!! Nous avons pu nous approcher des éléphants sans jamais les déranger et tout en respectant leurs emploi du temps :))) Cela vaux chaque euros dépensés! Merci pour cette expérience fabuleuse et inoubliable!

Visiting the Elephant Conservation Centre was an incredible experience. The dedication to the welfare and preservation of these majestic animals was evident. The knowledgeable staff provided insightful information about elephant conservation efforts. The opportunity to observe these gentle giants in a respectful, natural environment was both educational and inspiring. It’s a must-visit for anyone passionate about wildlife conservation.

Superbe expérience avec ECC ! Les guides ont répondu à toutes nos questions, nous étions à proximité des éléphants sans pourtant jamais les toucher et en les laissant en paix. Le cadre est vraiment paradisiaque, avec bungalows avec terrasse au bord de l’eau. Coucher du soleil magnifique !

If you care about animals, you have to visit the ECC in Sayaboury.
This organisation is sincerely ethic. We have been there for 3 days and saw happy and confident elephants in their natural habitat.
Su was a lovely guide and explained us everything we wanted to know about the elephants and the work of ECC.
The team from ECC cares a lot about the wellbeing and preservation of this beautiful creature.

An unforgettable experience. This centre will inspire you with the crucial and excellent work they are doing to help the elephants in Laos. We had an excellent guide, who answered all of our questions. The place is very hands off the elephants, which is exactly how it should be, letting the elephants be elephants! Our two days involved a jungle walk to find the elephants, watching the baby elephant and her mum play in the water, watching the elephants socialise as a big group and watching the group of elephants playing in the water. We learned about the work ECC are doing and we met with the vet technician who gave us an insight into caring for these amazing animals. Pack your mosquito repellant as you are in the Jungle! Please go and support the elephants and avoid supporting places that allow riding elephants.

A great day at the elephant conservation. These elephants have a vast area to roam they are not captive and all proceeds this conservation make go straight back into the conservation for the elephants. Wonderful day.????????????

Near this center this guy are selling g boat trip ! He is scammer ! He took money for 45 min and made 200 meter by river on super slow speed !

Suite nearly ruined the experience.

We stayed in the private rooms with our family. It’s quite a distance from restaurant up lots of stairs. Our room had a literal bees nest in the walls. We were told that they tried to get rid of them before but I guess they were back. We were stung and were moved into the room next door. No mosquito netting on the windows meant having to keep them closed in 30+ degree heat. A fan would be nice.

Bathrooms swarmed in ants and other bugs. We’ve stayed in many jungle accommodations, including deep in the Amazon, and this was the most uncomfortable.

The bungalows would have been a better choice for us.

The actual elephant tours and adventure are great, but you can tell the resort has seen better days. There seems to have been no maintenance in the last 3 years.

I think we would have preferred going to another sanctuary in Laos.

L'hôpital des éléphants sur place est particulièrement intéressant également !
Un lieu qui nous a conquis ! La pension complète est très bonne et des bières sont dispos pour le soir ????

Herausragende Erfahrung in einer tollen Umgebung. Hier liegt den Mitarbeitern das Wohl der Tiere am Herzen und auch als Gast wird man bestens behandelt. Man lernt viel über die Vergangenheit und die mögliche Zukunft. Die Natur ist wunderschön und es ist so herrlich ruhig. Das Essen war im Übrigen immer lecker. Einziger Wehrmutstropfer war, dass unser Quide zu oft über die schwere Covid Zeit gesprochen hat und der daraus resultierende Geldmangel. Dennoch 100 % Empfehlung.

Les éléphants du centre sont en bonne santé et sont très bien traités par l’équipe ainsi que par les touristes. Ici vous observer et comprendrez les éléphants et le travail des Mahouts. Vous ne les montez pas et vous ne les touchez pas. C’est un super endroit où les éléphants se sentent bien. Staff très accueillant, endroit et cadre merveilleux, nourriture excellente, cabane et vue superbe.
