Bel hôtel bien situé
Hotel récent près de tout. Bon petit déjeuner. Chambres agréables et fonctionnelles. Ne manque que l'eau chaude pour les douches (4 nuits)

Cozy hotel and very friendly staff. Good food in the restaurant. Good beds. Other furniture dated/worn. Clean rooms. Located 10 min walk away from the centre pier and the beaches.

Great simple rooms. They have everything you need, are clean, cleaned daily, the staff made an effort to say hello. The restaurant has decent food and the staff is accommodating. A perfectly simple and good hotel!

Hôtel où nous n’avons jamais mis les pieds malheureusement. Car il s’est permis d’annuler notre réservation la veille de notre arrivée. Réservation qui date d’il y a environ 2mois . Sans compter sur les divers augmentations de prix au cours de la dernière semaine.
Pour des voyageurs que nous sommes c’est la 1re fois que cela nous arrive. Pas très sérieux comme hôtel.

We’ve been here for 4 days with our parents and an almost 3 year old in an appartment with 2 beds and a kitchen. I have to admit it has been a very “double” experience. The room had several defects. 2 out of 3 ACs were not working. There is only one key for the room, so if you don’t hand it to the reception in time the room won’t be cleaned. There was a light not working. There was a closet broken. The door handles were lose… To be honest, I’ve rarely slept in a room with so many issues.

Some of the people working there are very nice and helpfull, especially when you see them at breakfast or around the pool during the day.

The reception on the other hand is a disaster, with several people complaining about airconditionings not working, a very strange laundry service which costs apparently €4 per kilo but who get’s the money when there are no invoices??

Fix all these small issues, when your guests have small issues, offer something… a drink? A discount? Just something to compensate… and you’ll be close to a 5 star rating. For now… too many little defects.
