Zimmer schön und ruhig. Allerdings Bad sehr kalt ohne eigene Heizung. Fenster standen beim einchecken offen, Bad ist während ganzem Aufenthalt nicht warm geworden. Im Bad leider auch schon deutlich Schimmel, dafür deutlich zu teuer

Cuatro personas nos alojamos en esta casita. La casa era espectacular, vistas impresionantes, baño amplio, camas cómodas. ¿Qué mas se puede pedir?
I am leaving this review because while I had to reach out to a handful of accommodations to sort out the situation, this hotel has been the one hotel that has been most unaccommodating, inflexible and unrelenting in their communication with us.
I believe the mark of a good hotel is not just about what they offer to guests in terms of facilities, but how the staff deals with guests when difficult situations arise.
