Reservamos un tour para ver las auroras boreales y no pasaron a recogernos en el sitio y hora indicada. Después de esperar más de media hora llamamos y no nos ofrecieron ninguna solución. Muy frustrante sobretodo por la falta de soluciones y empatía de la empresa.

We waited for 45 minutes on a cold windy night and they did not show. Total ripoff! They wanted to offer an alternative date on our next island trip!!! Also, highly unfriendly personnel!

Had a brilliant day, thank you! Darren was our host, what a lovely man. His voice was very soothing and extremely knowledge and definitely made the trip. It was about 12 hours for the South Coast tour but went by so fast. We did a couple of stops that weren't on the list. This was one of the best tours I've ever been on. The weather was fantastic with a beautiful sunset to end a great day ????

Two fantastic tours, golden circle and south coast. Pick up and drop off like clockwork. Comfortable coaches and lots of stops for visits and comfort breaks.

Excursion au top avec des explications des différents endroits et leur histoire tout le long du voyage en cars à partir d'une tablette. Les explications sont disponibles avec la langue désirée. Il y a 3 arrêts à des points phares durant le voyage pour profiter des différents paysages.
Seul bémol, c'est que nous n'avons pas eu le même cars pour le retour, nous étions tous mélangés avec d'autres personnes. Le retour était vite fait bien fait sans explications durant le trajet. Je trouve ça dommage…
A part ça, l'Islande restera dans ma mémoire avec tous ses beaux sites pittoresques.

We did the Golden Circle Tour & the South Coast with this company. We had a great time. Pick-up & Drop-off from and to hotel worked out perfectly fine. Big thanks to Christi for doing an extraordinary job on entertaining & sharing super interesting things with us we didn‘t know about Iceland & the Icelanders & to Peter for driving safe & smooth. Very comfortable and great experience!

A stunning country brought vividly to life (during the long but rewarding South Coast tour) on a cold, snowy, windy day by Amelia who was a truly excellent guide. Our driver (Norbet - many apologies if I have the name wrong) coped magnificently in conditions that would have brought the UK to a standstill

Do not waste your time - they bundled us onto another tour that was only in English, we had to fight to get the headphone money back from these people (it was meant to be a tour in 10 languages), and these people were utterly incompetent. We just kept going to the wrong places and even some of those on the bus were explaining we needed to be elsewhere. The driver just shrugged his shoulders and didn't disagree.

They are untrustworthy and utterly incompetent. They offer you a lifetime guarantee to return on their buses to see the lights but they were all booked out - then we left Iceland.

I would never consider setting up such a pathetic business that offers such sub-standard services.

Incidentally, a woman offered a full refund over the phone. But then another person said that full refunds are never offered that way. Utterly embarrassing.

Just take my advice: you book with them, you'll regret it.

Booked a south coast classic tour and the bus driver didn't call out names or let people on the bus at our pick up as the bus was already full. He kept saying we needed to get on another bus. No other bus came and we missed our trip . Still waiting for refund :-(

Overbooked bus meant we were left at the Blue Lagoon with 2 other couples. Incorrect instructions from original bus driver meant 40 minute wait with no one answering the phone. Told overflow bus driver was on their way - a lie. Different driver on a break ended up taking us back - thank goodness Disgusting considering we had a great experience with the company the night before on the northern lights tour.

Our plan B excursion was good, however we paid for a more expensive excursion and they refused to refund us the difference.

Be careful about where you get picked up from, no one looks out for you or contacts you if you arrange for pick up at your hotel despite taking your contact details and also the station they pick you up from comes up as a different address on most maps…even the taxi was confused.

We have been in Iceland for four days and have done all our tours with Rvk Sightseeing, booked through Get Your Guide. I was worried about a couple of them as some (snowmobiling) was a lot of money. I have been very impressed with how well run everything is, buses have always came on time (we have one more to go), drivers good and guides good. Some guides better than others but our favourite person has to be Kristie, who played music, told us lots of facts and stories.
Great company.

We did the Golden Circle tour with Kristine, she was an amazing guide and told us really interesting things about iceland, the country and the culture. In the evening we did the Northern Lights with Rosa and it was breathtaking. Everything perfect!! Would recomend 100%

We did both the golden circle and the northern lights tours and they were great. The golden circle was wonderful, very complete, our guide kristine was very nice and she taught us a lot about iceland. The northern lights was perfect we could see amazing lights which they say was very rare, apur guide rosa was amazing she helped a lot to get us to the perfect places and even stopped the bus when she saw there were lights outside

Be aware when booking trips from this Company, the guidance they send out is old and is misleading, we booked a Northern Lights tour, and was waiting to be pickuped, at bus stop 1 from smartbus (according from the order confirmation, they send out) We stod there for over and hour, and when the last minute from pickup, i called the Company, she Said the bus driver was have marked us with no show. But we were waiting there for over and hour, and no smartbus has been here, the pixkup is made by a bus Company called Grey Line she Informs, sorry the materiel we are sending out, isn’t correct….at least the bus driver could then have called our names, (we where waiting next to the onboarding so could see and hear the bus driver)
We didn’t booked from Grey Line because of all the bad reviews, and now is shows that Reykjavík Sightseeing and Grey Line is the same company…..tourist trap…..be very aware on booking from them, we are pending a refund…I highly doubt we’re getting our money back
