Incredible location, continental breakfast was great, views/location were amazing. Pool was perfect as well. Wi-Fi worked well, had a fantasy draft while I was there and was able to conduct my business just fine! Would highly recommend

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in Sept 2023 and can’t say enough about how wonderful it is from the location to the rooms and staff, not to mention it’s an old monastery. I only have given it 4 stars on the rooms because they are a bit dated but work perfectly with the ambiance of the hotel. From the porters to the front desk and wait staff everyone was exceptionally friendly too. We will go back again. ????

Blev modtaget meget venligt og blev ført til vores værelse. Havde skrevet til stedet om vi kunne få et værelse med balkon da vi skulle fejre vores sølvbryllup. Vi fik et værelse med stor balkon og den fineste udsigt over kysten. og hotellet lykkeønskede os med kolde bobler på værelset. Tak for det.
Update on check out: we tried to order room service one night. Nothing complex, we just wanted an espresso and cappuccino. I called reception to ask to be connected to room service because they never provided us with the number. I called room service 8 times during a 45 minute period and they didn’t answer once. I called reception to ask to be connected to room service and they informed me they would have them call me within two minutes. I waited again and after not hearing called reception again and asked that they ask room service to bring the coffees. They refused so I went down to the front desk and only then did they offer to take my order. I asked why room service wasn’t answering and they said the restaurant was busy. I looked over as the restaurant is right beside reception and it was empty, which I pointed out. They said the outdoor space was busy. I checked, they had a total of 11 people outside. On the second last day the manager finally called me back after not answering my email for two days. His only solution was to give us a balcony for one night. Something that had been promised to us and another guest (we heard the guest complaining today about this when we checked out).
