It’s like staying at an old historic museum. I liked it and thought it was quite an experience. The beaches are like 30 euros so it’s really nice that this hotel has a pool and lounge seats and you can jump in the water from the rocks as well. Great restaurant in the hotel too with great views.

Magnificent view to Amalfi coast!

Hotel molto bello con note storiche molto spiccate e lasciate originali , posizione a ridosso del mare di cui si gode un magnifico panorama dalla camera, vicino al centro di Amalfi , circa 7 min a piedi… piscina sul mare , scenografica , buona la manutenzione di tutto il complesso , personale disponibile … tuttavia le camere a mio avviso dovrebbero essere rinfrescate nell arredamento, e consiglio una più attenta pulizia giornaliera !
Per il resto tutto bene, buona la colazione soprattutto i dolci .

The price is simply not worth it. The swimming pool is dilapidated. The room is noisy. The service was also poor. It's not worth the price

We are on a Perillo Tour. This is our hotel for 4 nights. I saw the photos and thought no way it’s that nice. It actually is better. Hotel Luna has exceeded our expectations as has Perillo Tours. Truly the trip of a lifetime.

We just checked into the hotel for our honeymoon. We had called to ask them to call us a taxi because we have several bags that are quite heavy and the walk to the hotel from the port although short is completely uphill on a windy road. The person I spoke to refused to call so my husband and I had to drag our luggage up the hill which took us a long period of time and ended with us drenched in sweat. We had also requested a room with a balcony for our honeymoon and despite what the reception claims the person we spoke to when booking told us we would have a balcony (especially given how much we’re paying). The bathroom has glass walls that you can hear perfectly through so there is no privacy whatsoever. A really horrible experience thus far.

Update on check out: we tried to order room service one night. Nothing complex, we just wanted an espresso and cappuccino. I called reception to ask to be connected to room service because they never provided us with the number. I called room service 8 times during a 45 minute period and they didn’t answer once. I called reception to ask to be connected to room service and they informed me they would have them call me within two minutes. I waited again and after not hearing called reception again and asked that they ask room service to bring the coffees. They refused so I went down to the front desk and only then did they offer to take my order. I asked why room service wasn’t answering and they said the restaurant was busy. I looked over as the restaurant is right beside reception and it was empty, which I pointed out. They said the outdoor space was busy. I checked, they had a total of 11 people outside. On the second last day the manager finally called me back after not answering my email for two days. His only solution was to give us a balcony for one night. Something that had been promised to us and another guest (we heard the guest complaining today about this when we checked out).

Nice place, great pool, and good location near downtown amalfi

Incredible location, continental breakfast was great, views/location were amazing. Pool was perfect as well. Wi-Fi worked well, had a fantasy draft while I was there and was able to conduct my business just fine! Would highly recommend

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in Sept 2023 and can’t say enough about how wonderful it is from the location to the rooms and staff, not to mention it’s an old monastery. I only have given it 4 stars on the rooms because they are a bit dated but work perfectly with the ambiance of the hotel. From the porters to the front desk and wait staff everyone was exceptionally friendly too. We will go back again. ????

Blev modtaget meget venligt og blev ført til vores værelse. Havde skrevet til stedet om vi kunne få et værelse med balkon da vi skulle fejre vores sølvbryllup. Vi fik et værelse med stor balkon og den fineste udsigt over kysten. og hotellet lykkeønskede os med kolde bobler på værelset. Tak for det.

Very nice hotel! Friendly staff! Perfect location. Beautiful pool down the cliff. Amazing view. Short walk to the centrum, which is a very cozy little village, but can get a bit crowded. If you want a special dinner, book a table. The hotel is an old cloister, they have taken care of the history, and made a very good atmosphere. Better breakfast with a view is difficult to find.

Superlative views, rooms, service, experience and hospitality.

Luxurious hotel on the Amalfi Coast. Rooms were amazing with an outdoor sitting balcony to view the water/boats. We ate most of our meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) at the hotel because the food and service were so good. The hotel has a pool, reading room, and even laundry service. The staff were also nice enough to give us a complimentary welcome champagne for our honeymoon. Overall, a really nice hotel-so nice we didn't want to leave the hotel much!

Just the best place to be when in Amalfi. The private beach combined with the location, the service, the rooms and the location makes this the perfect hotel for me. I love it!

Pranzo in questo magnifico hotel a picco sul mare. Vista mozzafiato, buonissima la cucina e servizio ????.
