De la primera planta para arriba el hotel es genial pero q no os engañe que no os den una habitación en la planta baja es lo peor q hay, humedades malos olores, ufff horrible. Pero tras mucha queja y insistencia nos cambiaron la habitación y nada q comentar. Habitación buenas y aceptables

Our hotel room was very nice, clean and comfy, as well as the bed that was super to sleep! We enjoyed our stay there as well as the easy transportation from and to London center. We totally recommend this place!

Everything and everyone was lovely and accommodating to us during our stay. Wouldn't hesitate to book again, if ever I come back to Kensington
