Estafadores - Scammers
These criminal scammers canceled my reservation and didn't notify me until I showed up at the hotel, after a trip from Argentina of almost 20 hours with stopovers. Upon arrival, they told me that my reservation (which I paid for in August 2024) was canceled without giving me further details. At the same time, other guests who had been given rooms were arriving. The reservation was for Easter weekend, so on top of that, Friday was a holiday and the hotel was fully booked. Don't book at this place if you don't want to have stress or a bad time!!!
