We came here so celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary & they couldn't have been kinder. A complimentary bottle of prosecco to the room was a lovely touch, as was the mulled wine & mince pies upon arrival. Thanks Dukes team!

Ontzettend gezellig en sfeervol hotel op een fijne locatie dichtbij verschillende hotspots. Het personeel is zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk.

We kregen een upgrade naar een suite waar zelfs een kerstboom in de woonkamer stond, heel leuk. Enig nadeel was dat de bedden aan vervanging toe waren want je rolt bijna uit bed???? Wat ook jammer is dat er tijdens reserveren niet gevraagd wordt of je gebruik wilt maken van de bar. Dit ging blijkbaar op reservering en was toen wij om 11.00 uur aankwamen al volgeboekt voor ‘s avonds waardoor een aperitief niet mogelijk was.
Ontbijt was meer dan prima, ondanks de kritiekpunten zeker een aanrader.

Ah, the Dukes! Some complain about the small rooms or the difficulty of gaining entry to the bar of an evening, or some perceived one-time lapse in the service. Let the critics carp. It matters not. The Dukes will hopefully always be there to provide its guests with superb hospitality and its atmosphere of informal, understated elegance. I have travelled the world for 50 years now, and there are few lodgings anywhere that command not just my loyalty but my genuine affection. The Dukes is certainly one. Whether it's relaxing with that third cup of coffee after breakfast in The Drawing Room or having a perfectly made late-night martini in the legendary bar, you can always count on the Dukes to provide the same standard of excellence as on your last visit. Regarding the bar, guests should be aware that the affable manager, Alessandro il Magnifico, will bend over backwards to accommodate special requests. Hotel guests should be aware that they can reserve tables in the bar by contacting Alessandro but get to him as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Long live The Dukes!

An amazing break away at The Dukes Hotel!

The team went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible and would highly recommend!

The location is great to explore central London and the bar and restaurant were brilliant.

Sono stato solo al bar di questo splendido hotel, pieno di charme ed in ottima posizione. Atmosfera “very British” comode poltrone, servizio impeccabile e ottimo Martini cocktail.
