The staff at the bar is unwelcoming and rude. I would not recommend it for this reason. We used to come all the time, but will not come anymore.

Decepcionante pra ser um hotel 5 estrelas. Hotel ultrapassado, pois voce precisa deixar a chave do quarto toda vez que entra e sai, e eles fazem a confirmação do nome e numero de quarto toda a vez. O hotel fica em uma rua sem saída o que dificulta a chegada de taxi ou uber. Os recepcionistas são grosseiros e no check out eles querem que você desocupe o quarto o quanto antes. Mesmo estando dentro do horário, a equipe de limpeza foi bater no meu quarto pra saber se eu já havia saído. O café da manhã é caro e ruim. Não recomendo

We went for tea and we were very touched by how accommodating they were of two women with prams. They were very kind, despite us taking up a huge amount of space and only going for tea/coffee. They found us a quiet area and helped us up and down the steps with the strollers.

The perfect location for a special afternoon tea for 10. A great space, in the Great British restaurant, for our group’s celebration. The service was efficient, attentive and we felt very welcome. Afternoon tea was delicious with a range of sweet and savoury treats. Thank you to the staff at Dukes for making our visit one to remember.
