Had my surgery at UCH cancelled a week before I was due to stay, they took sympathy on my by charging the full amount for cancellation. Never will be staying there, ever.

The hotel is made up of several period town houses on the same street with the reception in the main building. The building/room I stayed in was clean, comfortable and modern in interior design. Well located a short walk from Baker St station & close to several shops, café bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again as the quality of the accommodation at the price paid far exceeded other hotels i have stayed in London. While not a major issue for anything other than a couple of nights I would recommend booking a double/twin room as while perfectly serviceable for a short stay space was very much restricted in both the single room itself + the bathroom

Very well located, the receptionists are very nice and helpful.
You can do a lot in the area, nearby the oxford street and Hyde park.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Worse/dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at.
Staff is so rude and whenever you try contacting the manager he never responds.
They don't care about Customer care. They just wanna keep robbing people and tell em to f off if they don't like it. Horrible people and disgusting experience.
