The service was beyond expectations. I also work in the same industry and I know how sometimes it gets hard to give your100% energy for your customers, but Carter made us feel welcomed and comfortable in our whole afternoon tea experience with my mum. He showed attentiveness and friendliness. The atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing as well as the food are nice. Well done to the whole team!! xxx just wanna know what brand of Prosecco do you serve on afternoon parties, it was delicious ????

We went to this Hotel for an Afternoon Tea with Prosecco Experience. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful. The area where our Afternoon Tea was served was in a strange area underneath the staircase leading up to the Hotel rooms. Prosecco was lovely as were the sweet treats. The SCONES were exceptional and some of the BEST we have had as part of an Afternoon Tea. My one big disappointment was the mix up in the kitchen with my sandwich order. The Hotel had sent me an email confirming my order request however no note had been given to the kitchen staff causing a delay of some 20/30 minutes.

Amazing customer service from the entire staff. Originally, I made the reservation through the Hyatt app and somehow the dates were changed. Rohan took the time to confirm the dates, make appropriate changes so we were able to still get the room wanted for the dates we booked. The hotel itself was a great location for the city near a terminal and great restaurants. The minute we walked in we felt at ease and on vacation. The room was spacious, with enough storage for clothes and luggage. Overall, customer service was the height of the experience. The personal touches from Rohan who checked us in made our Valentines so special! I’m excited to spend our next Valentines at Andaz and further trips as well.
I was at the property for 24 hours to host a series of meetings with business partners and the management (Thanks Ryan!!!) did a spectacular and thoughtful job of making sure things went off without a hitch.
I will be back!
