Além de ser de muito fácil acesso ao lado de trem e metro. As comodidades são belíssimas e confortável. Friobar free e reposto todos os dias. Melhor café da manhã que já tomamos na vida. Fomos com um bebê de 1 anos e 2 meses e quando chegamos a noite no hotel no primeiro dia tinha um ursinho com um casquinho com o logo do hotel e uma cartinha dos funcionários para o nosso filho. Ficamos encantados.

Highly suggest this property. Was my first visit to London and will be my first choice for future visits. Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions, breakfast was top nouch, recognized globalist status with a room upgrade, and the location was ideal for tourist attractions, transportation, and good bars/restaurants.

Thank you to the staff for making this a great stay!

We had a pleasant stay. The location is convenient. We were professionally welcomed by a hotel receptionist and he even surprised us with a sweet gift. Other receptionists and staff were friendly too, ready to help with their information. The hotel is nicely decorated. The room is neat and clean. There was a variety of food from different restaurants. We had room service which was well served. In general we were happy with our stay and highly recommend the hotel.

Absolutely wonderful experience!!
From the moment we checked in, Met a lovely young Lady, Laila, who shared world experiences with us.
Clean well prepared room, glasses, chips, coffee, tea, minibar, shower accouterments.. fresh towels every day.
Every member of staf was Absolutely lovely.
Breakfast at East Main is a must.
Endless pots of tea and coffee, fresh fruits and pastries, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh squeezed juice..
Book it.

Wir waren nur ein Wochenende im Hotel. Die Lage ist grandios, da sehr nah an Liverpool Bahnhof gelegen und somit schnell von LHR zu erreichen.
Wir kamen sehr spät (24h), ohne Gepäck an. Leider konnte und das Hotel/Rezeption nicht mit Zahnbürste aushelfen. Es gibt aber Supermarkt in der Nähe, welcher auf nachts geöffnet hat.
Ebenso hatten wir kein Warmwasser. Wirklich ein schlechter Start.
Am nächsten Tag konnten wir aber ein hervorragendes Frühstück genießen.
Das Zimmer 412 war sehr leise.
