Went for the festive afternoon tea and really enjoyed it!

Awful experience, we came here for drinks and our drinks came out 45 minutes late even though the hotel was relatively empty. We were then told twice we had to leave as the table we were seated at had a booking, but we had clearly not finished our drinks and got moved to the restaurant. They then charged my credit card without me seeing the bill which I was clearly not happy about. They did end up giving us the drinks for free but this was not an enjoyable experience at all and we came to celebrate a graduation.

Had afternoon tea in a grand room. Service was a bit erratic but food was good?.
