Great Location, superb service and clean and modern rooms. The only thing I would add is an espresso machine for the breakfast.

Uitstekend hotel voor verblijf van paar nachten om Londen te bezoeken. Fris en schoon verblijf, prettige bedden, nieuwe badkamer met heerlijke douche. Goed ontbijt, zowel English Breakfast als allerlei continentale keuzes, goede koffie :-) Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Leuke wijk met metrohalte om de hoek en in de straat fietsverhuur station van Santanderfietsen ( erg leuk om stukken op de fiets te doen, vooral richting en door Kensington Park en Holland Park heerlijk)

o en general. Las camas eran muy cómodas, la habitación tenía todo lo necesario, incluso un set de café-té… Un buen detalle fue que hubiera enchufes con tomas usb para carga de móviles y otros dispositivos. El baño, aunque no era muy amplio, estaba muy bien distribuido y era muy cálido, con suelo radiante. Además, todo muy limpio. La ubicación del hotel, inmejorable, en el barrio de Kensington, a solo 3 minutos andando de la estación de metro Earl’s Court y de muchas tiendas y restaurantes. Y el edificio, rehabilitado, muy bonito en el exterior y muy práctico en su interior. Respecto al personal, todos fueron muy agradables y atentos, a pesar del handicap del idioma (nadie hablaba español, aunque al final, si hay disposición, todos nos hacemos entender). Te guardan las maletas tanto si llegas antes de la hora de check in como después del check out (así puedes aprovechar todo el día sin ir cargado con el equipaje).
Great service, 24 hour reception, great staff. It has a modern elevator. Hotel rooms newly renovated. The bathroom looked very modern, and the floors were warm. Affordable price. Great location.
If I come back to London, I’ll stay here.
