Super good service, Roger, Mike and Anjie were extremely helpful

Great place to stay. The location is very close to the train station and lots of restaurants around. The hotel itself is comprised of very polite and attentive people. The restaurant server, Roger, was a delight. Every single day that we stayed here, Roger was buoyant and served input food with enthusiasm. This hotel is a great place to stay in Kensington.

Very nice and cozy place. A hotel that has soul with a wonderful London atmosphere. Very close to the metro station. Rooms very clean, food very good. Great service. Special greetings to Richard for his openness and kindness, Roger and Nelly. We will come back.

Extremely rude staff! We had booked this hotel room and it does not say it is pet friendly clearly. We arrived and my boyfriend is very allergic and gets an allergic reaction immediately. Staff refused to be accommodating for a refund and they said my boyfriend wasn't having an allergic reaction. Absolutely horrendous service and they raised their voice of tone.
