As a top 10% Google reviewer listen up. I'm sweaty and gross, no Air conditioning for 3 days straight. Have another couple with us also, total of 6 nights booked. They came to "fix twice" our friends room, Never fixed or moved room. Our room is hot ???? too but didn't complain. Waited 25 minutes to check in on first night receptionist was missing in action. Sweaty bed and Mrs is sweaty also. Avoid. Sitting here sweaty in bed is not fun. Elevator doesn't appear to work for all floors. Great breakfast
Update: got the air fixed in 1 room on day 3, but our friends room is still HOT ???? ???? day 3.

Nice room, great location opposite a lovely garden and 2 minute walk from tube station

We stayed here for three nights in March with our family of four. The decor is lovely and the bedroom and bathroom are clean.
Breakfast was very good, with a choice of full English breakfast or continental or both.
The staff at the front desk and in the dining room were friendly and made our stay very comfortable.
It is also easily accessible from Earls Court station, and if you like walking, you can say that Hyde Park and Harrods are within walking distance.
I would like to stay here on my next visit to London.
