We stayed in one of the ground floor rooms, it was very outdated and needed a new lick of paint but it was clean and tidy. The receptionist was nice and so were the breakfast staff we met, the breakfast itself was satisfactory and the dining room cosy.
Unfortunately our room was incredibly cold, I put the heating on full for the entire stay and was still under two duvets just to stop my teeth chattering. The noise level from what I presume is the aircon unit outside was super noisy throughout the night so even if I wasn’t fighting off frostbite I wouldn’t have gotten much sleep either way.

Room was tiny in comparison to what was indicated on the website. Disappointed and would not use again.

Apart from that, the hotel was nicely decorated, modern keycard systems, clean, good service and lovely breakfast (included in the room price). Good location near King's Cross and Euston stations.
Good value for the price we paid, compared to alternatives nearby.
