Great value stay.
Staff are polite and welcoming. Rooms are clean and have everything you need including tea and coffee making facilities, desk with a chair, sink and TV.
Toilet and bathroom are shared but at this price point they were more than adequate.
Stairs are a little narrow and steep so take this into consideration if this could be an issue for you.
Will happily stay again.
Location great for Kings cross and Euston.

Wonderful staff, kind and helpful! Excellent location! All the main attractions are in walking distance maximum one hour.

Clean, affordable and convenient place to stay in London

A no nonsense hotel that has everything you need to explore London. Close to Kings Cross-St Pancras station with very friendly & helpful staff. Will now be my future homebase whenever I visit London. Book rooms direct from their website for cheaper rates than aggregating hotel sites. Extra discount too with cash payments.
Entre les bruits dans la rue (cris, voiture, bornes de trotinettes, pétards et travaux dès 8 h), les bruits des chambres voisines (voix, télé, portes, on pouvait entendre mot pour mot ce que les gens disaient !!) Et les bruits du couloir (portes, pas, rires,et moteurs de la ventilation de la douche !! super quand certains rentrent à 1 h du matin et prennent leur douche...). Le chambre était minuscule...
Je ne recommande pas.
