If you want to make more money - provide a better service and charge higher fees. Don't compare yourselves to Ryanair and easyJet as the staff here did and don't charge people late checkout fees and bag fees, especially if they've booked another room the next day. Anyway, I tipped them £20 extra on the £23 I paid in fees, because that's the last money they will receive from me.
The bed was comfortable (doesn't come with a privacy courtain but that wasn't much of an issue) and i slept fairly well!
I would advise to bring your own lock as the lockers in your room need one.
Would definitely go again if I am passing through!
