Was nice and staff were friendly. Toilets felt like they needed some work- not very clear/ tidy / well kept.
1. There are no regular clean-ups even after requesting at the reception and house cleaning staff multiple times. Even the bins were not emptied daily let alone change of sheets and bathroom fresh up (even after multiple requests).
2. Water went out one day for hours and we were advised to use facilities in a "different floor", what's the point of booking in an ensuite if we are compelled to share space?
3. Food cannot be delivered because they have a restaurant, this was not communicated during the time of booking or even during checking-in (we asked). The restaurant/café have very limited options not meeting dietary needs or even decent number options. This should be somewhere in the “rules” section BEFORE a booking can be made.
4. The lady at the reception, who refers to everyone as “Miss” was quite rude. And this was not a matter of a bad day, the lady was impolite each time answering any query offputtingly. Rest of the staff was helpful and quite polite.
5. There isn’t enough light in the room but that’s the least of the concerns given all the hygiene issues.
Établissement très jeune, très agréable en terme d'ambiance, toujours beaucoup de monde et d'activités.
Plutôt propre dans l'ensemble..
Parfois des soucis de débit d'eau pour les chasses d'eau, mais il y a des salles de bain et WC à chacun.des 5 étage, donc bon. Pas vraiment un soucis.
