I rang the doorbell several times and nobody answered. I phoned the hostel staff several times and nobody answered. Eventually I had to settle for a different place to live because the staff at the Generator could not be reached

The bedspreads in the rooms were generally dirty, out of four bedspreads three were dirty, they had brown stains, a lot of hair on another and blue stains on another and the pillows were not very clean.
The floor of the room was full of hair and dirt and there were several quite large damps on the ceiling.

La ubicación es buena ya que esta cerca de muchos medios de transportes, buses y metros.
Los baños compartidos muy comodos y limpios
las habitaciones algo pequeñas pero cumplen con el precio.
Las inatalaciones comunes son muy comodas, hay lugar de descaso, mesas para comer y bar de noche.

Great location and basic facilities but clean and good for the price in central london
Only complaint was the staff member was not very helpful when we arrived, did not tell us where things were or any info and was very difficult about leaving a key card for one of our friends who was on the same booking but had not yet arrived. He kept telling us we should stay and wait for her and give her the key card ourselves but as her transport was delayed and we didn’t know how long she would be and we were due to be heading out to other part of london for the evening we pleaded for him to let her collect it at the desk and he eventually relented
