Had a great stay

Everything seemed fine until it became chilly in the room. I tried putting the heating on, but it wasn't really working as well as it should. I approached the reception twice to no avail. The guy said he would provide me with a plug-in heater. I didn't see anyone I met another guy at the reception with 3rd attempt after about 3 hours of check-in, and i could not do any work for that period. The last guy managed to save the day eventually, but I lost 3 hours clutching the sheets instead of punching my laptop keys.

We had a small room. Our bathroom was scruffy and could do with replacing. On the plus side, the bed was large and comfortable ????
