My husband left his wallet in the room when we checked out. Really appreciate the staff for their kind help! They found it and immediately called a taxi to deliver the wallet to us at Heathrow right before we left UK ????????

I‘ve been to 11 Cadogan Gardens for their afternoon tea. Frankly speaking, the tea and scones were marvellous but unfortunately I wasn’t pleased with the service.

From my personal observations, I have noticed that the servants kept stopping by each single table, making sure that everything is in order, and asking repeatedly if they needed anything or a tea refill, then asked the people to relax and stay as long as they wanted. but they always skipped my table, although I was sitting right in the way, as soon as one enters the room, so there was no way for anyone to forget about me but I personally felt like they actively chose to do so.

Mind you I am a Middle Eastern with a headscarf.

We stayed at 11 Cadogan Gardens for 2 nights in the last week of November and had an unforgettable time. Not only is Chelsea itself beautiful - the hotel has such a special atmosphere that you can't help but feel at home. Our room was cozy and lovingly furnished and we had a beautiful view from the 4th floor. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous and caring. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a wonderful time!
