Very poor customer support via app and web. (And i paid for the plus membership) They charged my credit card without providing confirmation or receipt and due to currency conversion I had no idea whether it was the amount that was quoted because I never had a receipt. No chat specialist would help despite reaching out more a couple times a day for 5 days before i gave up and had a credit chargeback.
Ive stayed in other citizenm hotels before. It was always a nice experience, but that was booked through my work or through expedia. I dont trust their tech at all. So i dont recommend booking through their site and dealing with their support staff.
