I was there last weekend with my girls. Nice stay, nice staff, early check-in.. everything was nice. I can recommand it.

The CitizenM at Victoria Station was perfect for my first time staying in London. Centrally located and near all the major attractions.
The rooms are cozy and perfectly appointed. The staff is very helpful and ready to assist 24 hours a day. The food was perfect and get the breakfast for a small extra fee. The coffee was amazing as well. I recommend the cappuccino or the cortado. Black coffee is great as well. They also have water to take to your rooms for cool drinks. Sparkling or still.
Nearby theaters offer a fun opportunity to see all your favorite broadway shows at a discounted price. We saw Wicked and it was exceptional!
If you can stay at CitizenM at Victoria, we highly recommend it!

Just love Citizen M. Great value. Lovely beds and really friendly staff
The rooms are small but there is enough space for an overnight stay. Shame there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room though. The room was very clean and tidy on first impressions but on closer examination there was a considerable amount of dust on top of the lampshade above the bed.
The bed was very large and comfortable. Although only being able to get out of one side can be annoying in the middle of the night.
All the rooms lights, TV and blinds can be controlled by the in-room iPad. The lights can be dimmed and different colours selected which was pretty cool. There’s also a mini fridge and a safe.
The only thing that ruined our night was the banging and thudding. We were on floor 6 and well in to the night we could hear people above walking around. It sounded like a family of elephants. Really frustrating when you want to sleep. I’m guessing the sound proofing between rooms isn’t that great.
Breakfast was good with just the right amount of choice of hot and cold.
Coffee was good and you could fill up your water bottle with free filtered water.
