Location is beyond convenient. Breakfast spread is great and they have very good coffee. Good experience.
One word. Wow. These guys went so far above and beyond to make my stay the best it could be. When I got there, there was a card waiting for me in my room and a smile on everyone’s faces (except of course for some grumpy old guests who looked like they hated their lives but that it had nothing to do with their stay at CitizenM).
A MASSIVE thanks to Viola, Muhammad, Menaka, and especially Ali G - who literally made me a cake for my birthday from scratch for no reason. I felt like these people welcomed me with open arms and were genuinely happy to have me stay with them. This is the definition of hospitality. Five. Stars.
