Great hotel. Easy access to Canary Wharf and the O2. Room was very clean, bed was cosy, and the view from the room was fantastic. Breakfast was great too - what you’d expect for a full English, other great selections too like fresh fruits, yoghurt, nuts and seeds to make a nice pot of granola. Staff here are excellent, especially Antonella Veronica, she’s super friendly, helpful and professional!

Housekeeping finally came said to wait til morning to fix tv.

our hotel room was clean, bright, had a great view, a large bathroom and a very comfortable bed. we also really enjoyed the hotel pool and gym, the location (underground/trains are only a few minutes away) and were really happy with the overall service and the friendly hotel staff! we had a very pleasant stay :)

Really basic room with a view to a huge construction site. Shower wasn't hot enough and the air conditioning was noisy, with a blast of air directed directly at our faces. Staff at reception not friendly at all. For £160, a poor deal. You are better off in a Premier Inn or Travel lodge at 1/3rd the cost! Even worse, a supposedly disabled shower seat was downright dangerous since it is too low. Hubby fell off it and had to be helped out of the bathroom.
