Superfriendly staff and in a really good location. The room was small, but unsurprisingly in central london

Other than quite small room and therefore narrow bed it was excellent stay. Good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast etc.

Excellent rooms, excellent service and very friendly staff. Also it's perfect location means you're less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest tube station and there's plenty of restaurants to choose nearby and a couple mini grocery stores. Breakfast offerings were simple but enough to get you started for the day and tasty.

Nice, quiet hotel. Busline 24 takes you to the tourist areas and stops right outside the hotel. Breakfast buffet has no hot food, but you can add 16 pounds for an English breakfast.
I made a video with the sound that I showed the next day to the receptionist and she was also shocked to hear it. And the aircon was off , you can hear the sound on this video !
