Service provided by the Manager RIDGE , PRAVATI, ERICK ,RAM and the rest of the hotel staff. above and beyond customer service is what we experienced. Will definitley go back.

Perfect location and great rooms. The whole hotel was maintained to a high standard and the service is second to none. Highly recommended for a city stay.

As of the very moment we walked into the hotel we felt welcome and at home. Greeted and directed by very friendly and professional staff we checked in with Mr Mojtaba. He answered all our questions patiently and over the course of our stay always made sure we have everything and more to enjoy our short vacation.
I'd like to thank in particular the breakfast-restaurant manager as he made sure to respect our allergy-related food request.
We loved the atmosphere of the hotel wich is created and carried by the staff and their professionalism. Thank you all so much.
The infrastructure of the hotel is in great shape. Entrance, Lobby, our room, the outstanding spa and the breakfast-area.
We are looking very much forward to coming back!

Food choices are limited and not much variety but descent.
Rooms are cozy and clean.
Staff is polite.
