La colazione non era un granché poche cose, quella sera volevamo cenare in hotel perché eravamo stanchi ma c'era un topo camminando in mezzo ai tavoli, abbiamo chiesto al personale di fare qualcosa almeno 3 volte ma senza successo, poi è arrivato il direttore a scusarsi e dire che era normale perché c'è il giardino. Non ho fatto nessuno scandalo davanti agli altri commensali ma me ne sono andata anche se mi avevano portato il vino. Non ci tornerò mai più, per me avere un topo in un ristorante è antigienico.

Excellent hotel. I stayed there for 3 nights. The room is very nice with all the necessary amenities. The check in and check out was really quick. Breakfast is very good with good indian breakfast options like idly, dosa, poha and Parathas. Gym is good. I enjoyed using is it. Very famous stay location for Indian celebrity travellers. All service team (reception, housekeeping, breakfast, in room service people) are really exceptional. Special thanks to them.

The room and location are quite nice; however, the service was quite disappointing during my stay. The wait for breakfast was long, which is to be expected. However, after a 40-minute wait, we had to check in with the hostess only to find that she gave our reservation to someone else. Being that we were on a tight schedule and had to leave the same day, this ruined what would have otherwise been a pleasant stay.
