Chambre parfaite, hôtel très bien placé, personnels accueillant et chaleureux, petit déjeuner très bon
Seul hic: seulement 2 tables pour petit déjeuner, et la lumière d'évacuation de la chambre qui éclaire toute la chambre la nuit.
Je recommande et reviendrai avec plaisir

The hotel decoration is well blended between heritage and new modern. The room is clean, the staffs are helpful. Just alert everyone to download the hotel app to communicate with the hotel on your request.
The location is perfect since it's super convenience to get the bus to Piccadelly and just cross the road to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace and 2 blacks with 5 mins walling to underground.
Surrounding is quite and safe.
The only thing that I may suggest to the hotel is to have few choice of wine / liquor to serve at the cafe.
There are also locker provide to keep your stuffs after check out.
Entrance to the hotel need access code so it make me feel more safe.

Stayed on top floor. Room clean and spacious for London. Excellent location. Check in and out was easy.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten äußerst bequem. Ruhig war es ebenfalls. Ich würde auf jeden Fall nochmal hier buchen. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!
