This was our first experience at an Ibis property. We checked the box online for air conditioning, but showed up and it wasn't available because the weather wasn't “hot” enough to their standards. What this means is if you're a hot sleeper, they'll offer you a one-pound mini-fan and suggest you open a window. We slept terribly and were hot in the room. But, this hotel is in a great location near an underground station, so if you don't sleep hot or come in a different month, you may have a better experience.

We stayed for my husband's birthday weekend and they welcomed us with birthday card, champagne, chocolate, souvenirs and face masks! I cannot thank them enough for making our stays so memorable.

We hadn't stayed at an Ibis before, but had a great experience at Shepherd's Bush. There is a lot of parking right on the doorstep. They reception staff were lovely, the room was clean, airy, and comfortable. We had a good night's sleep, a great breakfast, and very easy departure. Highly recommended.

Wir waren schön öfter in diesem Hotel und würden es auch immer wieder buchen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sind sauber, das Frühstück ist lecker und die Lage des Hotels ist super. Es gibt in direkter Umgebung Supermärkte, Starbucks, Gaststätten, etc. Die U-Bahnstation ist in nicht mal 5 Minuten erreichbar und es sind nur ein paar Stationen zur Oxford Street. Das Westfield Einkaufscenter liegt in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Vielen lieben Dank auch an das Hotelmanagement für die nette Geburtstagsüberraschung :) Wir kommen wieder :):):)
