Excellent. Was honestly surprised at this hotel choice. Rooms were spacious and very clean and the hotel location is excellent. On top of all this, you don't have to lift a finger to check in at the reception, as they have an option where you complete check-in requirements before your stay. They send you a code for your room and main door of the hotel, and you can come straight in on your first day without even having to see the reception.

La ubicación es preciosa ya que se encuentra en Chelsea (uno de los barrios más lindos y tranquilos de Londres) y está muy cerca de varias estaciones de subte que te conectan con todos los puntos de la ciudad. La habitación es muy linda y cómoda pero tiene una caldera que hace mucho ruido y puede ser muy molesto por momentos. El personal es muy amable y bien predispuesto. El desayuno es rico y tiene variedad pero me resulta increíble que no repongan mercadería durante el horario del desayuno. Si llegas en el medio del servicio, literalmente ya no hay casi nada. Deberían revisar esto ya que uno pagó por un desayuno y debería respetarse eso hasta el fin del horario como corresponde.
