Loved this hotel. I stayed for a week. I booked through Amex so they honored the $100 experience credit, but no room upgrades were given. The room is kinda small but cozy, with nice details in design. I don’t think this is a true luxury hotel though. It’s probably at the premium level. Location is kinda convenient. This hotel is in the business area so it’s not close to the tourist attractions, but it is a very short walk to the Liverpool station so getting to those attractions is easy. The service is ok. They are fast but they don’t replenish the free waters in the room consistently, which is quite annoying because I have to keep asking for waters to be delivered to my room. The restaurant Bibo was ok. I had dinner there to use my experience credit but I wouldn’t recommend dine here if you are specifically coming here for food. It’s an ok Spanish tapas experience. The rice in the paella was good, but thats about it.

Pleasant enough stay with nicely appointed room although there was a hole in the wall which looked like damage from the steam shower.

My booking was cancelled, interaction between you, my company and myself was quite complicated. Had to book again on my pvt credit card, despite an in advance payment was already performed.

I found ridiculous that the breakfast is not fully included. I had to pay for my coffee and a second glass of orange juice. Not from this kind of hotel.
