이탈리아 여행중 가장 불편한거는 파파고로도 해석이 안되는 메뉴판..;; 그거를 해결해주는 곳이 달오스떼입니다:)
한국어 메뉴판과 한국 매니저님이 계셔서 주문부터 계산까지 불편하고 어려운 부분은 없었어요!!
음식도 너무 맛있고 역 근처라 접근성도 매우 좋아요:) 한국인도 많은데 현지인 분들도 많이 오는 곳 입니자!!

Visited last night (April 14th 2024) and was extremely disappointed with every aspect and the food was average at best. Heard good things and saw huge queues at the Duomo location on the previous night so booked in to this branch of the restaurant as it was close to our hotel. Waited 15 minutes before being asked for drinks. Were offered no help with the menu (which isn't straightforward) even though the table next to us were given a detailed run through. I went for the Wagyu fillet and it hadn't been rested well so blood was all over my plate. Also had the tatare and it was a lumpy, fatty mess of a dish with no seasoning or flavour. Side dishes were cold and badly seasoned. Got the impression that they just wanted rid of the early diners as quickly as possible - their approach is very much about turning around tables quickly so more people can be given their underwhelming service and poor food. Service was non-existent and staff were disinterested. Would have complained to a manager but there was no one around to speak to. Just wanted to pay and get out of there. Speaking of which, the promised 15% discount (which you get if you dine early) wasn't added so we had to wait ages for someone to sort that too. We had meals at Trattoria Zaza and Trattoria San Lorenzo the two nights previous. Both were 60% of the cost and far superior food and service. The hype for this place is mindblowing given the other options available in Florence.
Echt een aanrader als je in Florence bent en zin hebt in een lekker stuk vlees. We werden ontvangen door Ammar die ons uitleg gaf over de kaart. Hem gevraagd om advies. Ammar je bent een topper. Wat hebben we super gegeten. En wat een vriendelijke en behulpzame bediende.
