PARKHOTEL LAURIN ^{* * * *}

Money oriented institution. On February 23rd 2024 we have heen stuck on the A10 highway from Innsbruck to Bolzano due to very bad weather conditions for 7h (every possible road in this moutain pass has been blocked by the police and ASFINAG - check the newspaper article) when after many hours we have been navigated back to Innsbruck without the possibility to drive to Bolzano at all. I've contacted the hotel hours before the check in to share our struggle and ask for cancelation of the reservation or to reschedule it for our future visit but the short answer was: it's your problem that you have booked via booking.com - we will not refund the price nor offer an alternative.

Sorry, but for a luxury hotel which claims to be 4 starts, it's something I cannot understand. If you want to throw out your money and be treated as a cash cow - go to Parkhotel Laurin but if you respect yourself and your experience, just choose another hotel, there are more and for sure better options in Bolzano. No recommendation from my side.

Viaggio davvero spesso. Ho prenotato tramite booking e ho chiesto di spostare il giorno dopo perché ho ritardato il mio itinerario a causa delle forti nevicate. L'operatore di booking non aveva nulla in contrario, mentre l'hotel dopo tre tentativi si e' rifiutato sia di spostare di un giorno, sia di rimborsare la tariffa. Elasticità mentale nulla, testa quadra. Peccato, perché in Alto Adige sono tutti disponibili e gentili tranne in questo hotel.

Il lusso elegante e sobrio di questo Hotel in pieno centro città, si coniuga con il gusto vagamente retrò degli arredi, dagli echi nostalgici di raffinati viaggi “fin de siècle”. In realtà la contemporaneità delle opere d’arte ospitate nelle stanze, il servizio impeccabile e gli spazi comuni del ristorante e del bar, sono perfetti per trascorrere un impeccabile weekend, sia in inverno che, soprattutto in estate, dove il parco e la piscina all’aperto conferiscono ulteriore fascino al luogo. Assolutamente consigliato per occasioni speciali.
