Ein angebotenes anderes Zimmer hatte aber nur eine Badewanne, was wegen meines frisch operierten Rückens keine Option war.
Von daher war der Aufenthalt leicht getrübt, da es auch kein anderes Entgegenkommen seitens des Hotels gab.
Das Frühstück war wunderbar. Auch der gastronomische Service war wirklich sehr gut.
Sorry, but for a luxury hotel which claims to be 4 starts, it's something I cannot understand. If you want to throw out your money and be treated as a cash cow - go to Parkhotel Laurin but if you respect yourself and your experience, just choose another hotel, there are more and for sure better options in Bolzano. No recommendation from my side.
Zimmer, Bad, Frühstück ausgezeichnet.
Lage nahe an Zentrum und Bahnhof.
Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Il personale dell'albergo è stato sempre gentile e cordiale, disponibili sin dalle mail che hanno preceduto il mio arrivo. Le camere sono pulite e non manca davvero nulla. Il mood dell'intero albergo fa sentire il cliente rilassato e a proprio agio.
Spero di tornare in Trentino per le sue bellezze e sicuramente soggiornerei di nuovo al Laurin.
