It has all of the comforts of a hotel with a very rare feeling of being a guest of a good and generous friend.
The staff is nice, bright and very helpful. The rooms are spatious, clean, warm, full of books and beautifully furnished with vintage italian wooden pieces. The door are wooden and seperate noises from the bathroom and from the outside. Our room was equipped with kitchen. It was everything you would need even for a four week stay. The neighbourhood is charming (but leave your car outside the old town and walk, we had some heart-stopping experiences in the narrow streets of Trieste). You get everything you need for breakfast and it’s delicious. They even have good candy in the reception desk :)
Last but not least, the hotel is found in an old palazzo, with a beautiful tree inside.
