Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner ninguna, es una estafa, las fotos de booking son engañosas, el Riab está que se cae a trozos, la habitación estaba muy sucia, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, las ventanas como no cerraban al llover entraba agua, se nos estropeó el candado que cerraba la puerta de nuestra habitación (si teníamos un candado porque la cerradura estaba estropeada) y tiraron la puerta abajo, dejándonos sin seguridad ni privacidad; por no hablar del personal del Riab que dejaba mucho que desear. Lo dicho es una estafa, nos han arruinado nuestras vacaciones. La puntuación es un CERO.

Would not recommend and I never would write a negative review or give one star but since before we even got to the Riad they didn’t answer the phone to locate or pick us up in person like most other riads we stayed in during our visit in Marrakech. First thing we notice is room smells like sewage then after first day we had to go pay at another Riad with credit card because their machine apparently wasn’t working.. The most disturbing part is we specifically told them we didn’t need room service cleaning since we were leaving that night, we get back from payment and lunch to see all of our luggage had been gone through with random items in the bathroom and my partners jewelry boxes on the floor, room didn’t even get clean. I’m sorry but this felt like a big disrespect and violation.. no other place we stayed at has ever gone through our bags, thankfully nothing was missing and their excuse was it was a miscommunication. It really ruined the last few days of our trip and still have no idea why they would do this.

Pačiame senamiestyje, netoli pagrindinės turgaus aikštės,kur verda naktinis gyvenimas. Numeriai nedideli, nėra tv, šaldytuvo, seifas numeryje atsirakina su bet kokiu raktu. Labai kuklūs pusryčiai. Tinka vienai nakčiai, kad pajausti senamiesčio alsavimą.

Alloggiare al riad Diana è stata un’esperienza bellissima e ottima con cui iniziare il nostro viaggio in Marocco. Tutti sono stati molto accoglienti con noi facendoci sentire come degli amici in visita invece che dei turisti.
Youssef in particolare ci ha aiutato molto e a ogni nostra richiesta è sempre stato pronto a dire di sì con estrema gentilezza. Iman ci ha preparato delle cene buonissime, la sua harira è stata una delle cose più buone mai mangiate in vita nostra! Almeno due ciotole per cena oltre la tagine di pollo e pesce buonissima! Colazione molto varia e diversa ogni giorno con pane, crêpes locali e il bis sempre pronto ad arrivare ????
La posizione è strategica per visitare la città e tutto è pulito e in ordine. Il letto come in tutto il Marocco è molto duro ma i cuscini sono comodi. Wifi funziona poco. Se cercate un ambiente familiare e autentico dove alloggiare a Marrakech andata da Riad Diana ❤️
