Just spent a week in the ground floor bedroom, necessary because of the wheelchair my wife uses. First impressions following Walid (the doorman etc) down the alleys full of wild cats to the front door of the Riad were a little worrying. We should not have been, once inside Kaoutar (the manager) was so warm and welcoming, perfect English speaker she helped us every day with small and large problems, our room was clean, cool and quiet. The location is really central in the Medina (the old walled heart of Marrakech) 10 minute walk to Jemaa el-Fna the huge central square. We had one of our favourite meals of the holiday in the Riad cooked by Izza and Fatima, true home cooking, absolutely delicious. Value for money incredible, staff wonderful, will definitely return.

Excellent, there are no words to describe the days I spent at the Riad.
I was better served than in other hotels I've stayed in. Excellent service from the manager and all the staff, whom I love very much.
Everything was cleaned daily.
Very good Wi-Fi (available throughout the riad).
Very comfortable rooms.
Clean and spotless bathroom.
Extremely quiet.
Incredible atmosphere and rustic, traditional space.
Very good breakfast.
Small but good pool.
There's a spacious rooftop terrace overlooking the city. It's simply marvellous at night.
They have several partnerships and an excellent booking service for tours at good prices and of great quality.

I simply loved it and if I ever come back I won't hesitate to return to Riad Aubrac.

Personal muy servicial y amable, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. Lo recomendamos totalmente. El desayuno excelente. También recomendamos contratar el taxi para al menos la ida al riad porque es difícil encontrarlo.

Riad com localização na primeira chegada algo confusa, depois super facil la chegar.
Pequeno almoço excelente.
Pessoal super simpático e prestável.
Wi-Fi deveria melhorar.
Quartos super confortáveis, apartir das 24h super silencioso, quarto sem TV.
No topo do Riad é possivel assistir ao por do sol.
Piscina nao deve ser considerada, apenas pequeno espaço para repouso e nada mais.
Mas aconselho a quem quer aproveitar dia na Medina e a noite para repousar. Têm tambem aceso atravez deles a alguns tour o que é agradavel e confortável.
