Where do I start? Upon arrival the front desk tried to charge me for the room even though I had pre-paid, then when I saw the pool I almost died. It wasn’t even fit for the pigeons and the street fountains were cleaner. Housekeeping cleaned my room and felt it necessary to move my clothes and go in my handbag (everything from my side table had been put in there, but was also where I had left my money so who knows if they tipped themselves) and yet didn’t empty my bathroom bin which had used women’s sanitary products. The toilet didn’t flush. The bath/shower didn’t drain so was pretty scummy by time I left as they didn’t clean that either and the food from the kitchen was absolutely disgusting. Even skipped on the breakfast after day 1. Rooms also don’t have a fridge despite it being a hot country, so you can’t even keep your water chilled. It was my birthday during my stay, which most hotels I’ve stayed at offer a gesture to acknowledge. These guys barely wanted to even say happy birthday. The only upside to this hotel is the location (but there are others a stones throw away) and the rooftop view (which you don’t have to be a guest to enjoy). It’s literally dilapidated and nothing more than an overpriced hub.

Le service est parfait, merci à toute l’équipe du bagagiste à la réception en passant les femmes de chambre.
Grace à eux mes parents et moi même avons passé une agréable semaine.
C’était la deuxième fois que nous réservions à la renaissance, et nous avons remarqué de très net progrès.
La renaissance continuera à être notre maison à chaque séjour à Marrakech.

Lamentable, l 'hotel pourtant réservé via booking depuis longtemps.
La veille de l 'arrivée, l 'hotel ne parvient pas à effectuer le pre paiement de l 'accompte de notre séjour. Impossible de les joindre au téléphone.La veille du départ, nous demandons l 'assistance de booking pour gérer ce problème, Booking nous confirme ne pas non plus pouvoir les joindre au téléphone mais nous confirme que la réservation est toujours active. Puis deux heures plus tard, Booking nous signale que l' hotel a annulé la chambre. Aucune communication possible avec cet hotel ni par mail ni par téléphone
