Expérience désastreuse dans cet hôtel. Des clients montent de l'ascenseur du bar au bar de la terrasse avec leurs verres, ce qui est inacceptable. De plus, la douche était cassée. À éviter ...

The receptionist I spoke with was very sweet and helpful. There was a small hiccup initially as they accidentally assigned me to an 'out of order' room with a water puddle and an unmade bed, but she quickly resolved the issue and switched my room without any trouble.

The hotel itself is satisfactory, and the service was very friendly. I also received assistance with my boarding pass from the receptionist at night, he was very helpful and even suggested some tours if I was interested.

While the bedroom met my needs adequately, I must mention that the breakfast left much to be desired. It consisted mainly of bread and sparse fruit; perhaps there's room for improvement in this area.

Additionally, I believe the hotel could benefit from small improvements, such as refreshing the rooms.

Overall, my stay at Les Renaissances Hotel was satisfactory. Thank you for your hospitality! ????

Super flour, varié et délicieux. La qualité du repas et du service dépassent largement le prix 120dhs. Ravi de ne pas me faire avoir à des four hors de prix où on mange la même chose... Bravo!!

Après quelques nuits passé dans l'hôtel, j'ai apprécié le service la propreté et la proximité de l'hôtel.
Gros coup de cœur sur la vue panoramique et la piscine a débordement au 6ème étage! Magnifique moment de relaxation au spa!
