Hotel is well appointed, comfortable and well serviced. Suite was large, clean and cool. Breakfast had a good choice of fresh food and self service seemed to work well.
Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Karim (manager)was especially welcoming.

Dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est plutôt bien placé petit restaurant sympathique aux alentours et carrefour market pas loin ceci est très agréable.
L’accueil du personnel réception, service de chambre, pas terrible niveau politesse et sourire pas forcément au rendez-vous.

Nice hotel nearby Marrakesh centrum. Unfortunately some stuff was stolen from the hotel room, booked for 5 days but left after 3 because of this. No refund whatsoever. Best not to book if you want to.

Location was good and clean rooms. Friendly staff but extremely unorganized as there never forks, knives, plates etc for breakfast.
Omelette was not free.

On our February 25 arrival we a told to sit and tea and biscuits were brought to us. Then, we checked in.
Everybody there went out of their way to help us, especially the front desk manager. I asked how to work the air conditioner and three minutes later someone appeared at my room to explain. There was a small issue with my room (all rooms have them), and the front desk manager went out of his was to fix it. Everything I requested they reponded to fast and courteously. This hotel staff WANTS to make guests happy.
The hotel is on a pleasant street with every type of restaurant very close. The restaurants were not only close, they were good. It is located between the Kasbah and Guelize, each within walking distance.
My only word of caution is to avoid rooms with an inner door that connects to the next room. The door is not soundproof at all.
