Riad stupendo. Abbiamo soggiornato solo 1 notte e la mattina dopo sono stati molto disponibili nel prepararci la colazione alle 6 perché avevamo l’escursione con la mongolfiera all’alba. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Camere pulite e personale gentilissimo

Beautiful Riad in the medina. The Riad is perfectly located in the Medina, at a walking distance of all major attractions. The rooms were very clean and the staff was in one word amazing. Very hospitable, friendly and helpful, always checking in case you need something, ready to assist. If I came back to Marrakech, I will definitely stay here again!

Que dire de ce Riad... Merveilleux! Il est fidèle aux photos que nous avions vu avant de réserver! Le personnel nous a très bien accueilli. Mention spéciale pour Rhami (j'espère avoir bien orthographié son prénom) qui a été très chaleureux et souriant lors de notre séjour!
L'emplacement du Riad est en effet le seul point que nous avions à soulever. Les petites ruelles autour ne sont pas très bien fréquentées, ce qui peut effrayer au premier abord. Nous nous sommes fait suivre par un petit groupe de jeunes lors de notre arrivée. Toutefois le personnel a été attentif à nos dires et nous a proposé de nous accompagner quelques fois si nécessaire afin que nous soyons plus rassurés! Ils sont également disponibles, au besoin, via wathsapp.
En ce qui concerne la chambre elle était très charmante.
Le petit-déjeuner était également très bon!
Sans hésiter, nous y reviendrons!

Very pleasant stay at Al Jazira. The rooms and common areas are given a lot of attention by staff. Amenities are great: pool, rooftop, seating opportunities in courtyards and of course reliable hot water. Rooms open to the courtyard which makes for a lovely space in the center. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Although the room staff is incredible the breakfast never quite left us too satisfied. Complimentary mandarines everywhere and sun hats are really nice touches that I’ll certainly remember.

Hotel Al Jazira offers a good stay by connecting three riads, creating a hotel that feels like a collection of small, distinct areas used throughout the day. The common rooms are well-designed. However, the breakfast options are limited and the beautiful doors don't provide enough sound isolation, leading to potential noise issues. Despite these drawbacks, the service is great and the rooms are beautiful!
