They don’t listen when you tell them what breakfast you want they bring you everything else. It’s so annoying the service in the hotel is nice but the workers barely speak English so when you ask for food they always bring something else. Like steak well done they will bring it undercooked and they try to force there Moroccan breakfast on you so much.

I came here to relax and enjoy time with family. While the breakfast was great, the staff was amazing very smiley and super helpful, I had a bad experience in the room. Not only it is small compared to other hotels in Marrakech where I have been before (with same price range), but the smell was so bad. Despite asking the staff to do something it didn’t change a lot. Too bad because the location is great. The facial treatment at the spa was ok not worth spending money so I do not recommend it. Other than that the hammam spa was great, and the laddies doing it (Sanaa and the other person forgot her name) did an amazing job.
For the same price better to go to a hotel with more spacious rooms and bigger swim pool. If you are coming from a big city like New York, Paris and looking for a change and more space (not small boutique hotel) look for other options.

We made last minute booking of this hotel, but never regretted it. Super nice and polite reception, tasty breakfast and perfect location. Will definitely come back.

Las habitaciones muy limpias y la cama súper cómoda
Mi mujer y yo probamos el hammam que tiene el hotel en el Spa y fue el mejor que hemos probado hasta hoy
Desayuno muy variado y para destacar el sushi del restaurante es de 10
Repetiremos muy pronto!!
