Jan2023. The room is very spacious and the hotel the basic amenities. It is very simple and elegantly decorated. The staff are very friendly. There are very few rooms, and the Riad is very quiet and this Riad has no restaurant and no live music at night. You will need the tranquility after spending a few o hours in the Medina. Can only recommend this Riad.

P/s: please do not try to drive to this hotel ( I tried). Park elsewhere and you need to walk to the hotel.

Lovely place where you would think of ancient times people living in such breathtaking views and moments. Staff Mohammed and Othman are very awesome and welcoming as they helped us settle all our items down. The location is just 30 meter to Ben Yousif School, Marrakech Museum, and Grand Mosque.

The best location!
Beautiful authentic riad with clean nice rooms and most of all - with the BEST hospitality!!!
Muhammad, the supervisor, made our stay at the Riad, and basically in Marrakech in general, just perfect!

Such a lovely beautiful Riad with amazing hospitality!! We had a lovely stay at Talaa 12, Muhammad was amazing and took great care of us, to make sure we will have the best stay. The Riad is situated in a wonderful central location, close to all main attractions, but once in the Riad, it’s quiet and tranquil. The dinner and breakfast were great, they prepared for us also vegan options and accommodated our dietary needs. Such a wonderful place!!! Highly recommended!
