Avoid this place
Service is terrible, staff don’t have a clue what they’re doing and it’s so badly run. Food was the worst (and most expensive) that we had in Marrakesh. Spa is sub par, no facilities, not clean.
Go if you must and have one drink on the Terrace for photos and then get out of here. I genuinely don’t believe the 5 star reviews here.

Totalement surfait, accueil désagréable, problème de réservation au restaurant! Nous avons terminé au Rooftop : nourriture médiocre, service lent et nonchalant, management inexistant.

Rooftop: sloppy service with a lot of waiting while not being busy. Most expensive drinks in the city I think? 6 euros for a coke is a bit too much even for this place. Kinda overhyped. If you want to go later in the day or evening you need to reserve a spot cause first come first served.

Nice location, but the bar was almost empty at the time of our visit on a Friday night. Plenty of waiters, busy talking to themselves. Too occupied to take care of our table and the problem with the lukewarm wine they served, we got entirely ignored for over 20 minutes. Not recommended.

This dinner experience (together with many others such as Restaurant L’Italien at La Mamounia, Nomad, Kabana) or sightseeing made at the usual suspects (Le Jardin Secret, Grand Café de la Poste, YSL Museum & House, etc.) leads me to believe that perhaps Marrakech as a whole is marketed more aggressively than it can deliver.
I would not recommend anyone to visit the city at all while many other destinations in the world, most closely Istanbul, can deliver much better with a more moderate budget.
