Emplacement très bien, pour le reste à éviter à tout prix.... Chambre réservée avec vue sur montagne et grand lit, résultats chambre avec vue sur patio intérieur, aucune fenêtre donnant vers l'extérieur et pour le lit ...2 petits lits accolé l'un à l'autre avec évidemment un creux très important entre les deux ! Aucune solution trouvée par le réceptionniste, aucun geste commercial ! Très très mauvaise expérience !

This is the hardest review I have ever written in my life. We arrived to the riad and we found out that our room was given to someone else (suite) so we were offered basic room, and we didn't want it but after an 30 minutes of talking we agreed if we get an compensation. The small room wasn't very good. Later next day we got our room, bed full of other people's hair, tv not working, no hot water in the mornings(I get it it has one water boiler) nevertheless,the guy who received us told that he talked with the manager however he didn't. As the manager arrived next day he wasn't aware and he said the guy was fired. So we asked for a compensation via booking, but smartly enough the cancelled our reservation and booking could not do a thing. Good move from the riad at their sense. They tried to butter us with things but the damage was already done from our side. The people are very nice there. Breakfast OK, and rooms OK, I loved the shift manager and so on. I talked with the boss too and he's response was "the guy doesn't work here anymore who made the mistake so I will not take the responsibility". So I am sad to say, I would not reccomend this place. You get better value somewhere else. Think twice. Sorry for the bad review.

A no-brainer, if you’re looking for a simple place with an oriental touch, wonderful service, friendly staff, and which is located in the middle of the old city of Marrakech.

Riad carino situato secondo me in posizione perfetta perché non si trova nel pieno centro con I vicoletti e nemmeno troppo lontano a piedi dalla piazza principale della Medina. Questo comporta il vantaggio che è raggiungibile dai taxi o almeno a poco più di 100 metri ci stanno sia i taxi che anche una banca per prelevare.
Secondo me le camere più belle sono quelle del rooftop che sono anche le più spaziose. Infatti la prima notte cause errore nella gestione dell'overbooking eravamo capitati in una stanza piccola che è anche carina ma....se si hanno valige è impossibile starci dentro. Però subito cambiata la sera dopo con quella del rooftop.
Personale molto molto cordiale.

A fuir à part si vous aimez vous faire bien pigeonner par des patrons qui se font du fric sur le dos de leurs employés (et le votre). Oubliez pas de demander une annulation de la chambre à l'arrivée (si par booking) marchez un peu dans la medina pour trouver un vrai ryad marocain sympa...
