We have been staying at this Riad for the past week, during the time of the earthquake.. We have felt incredibly safe here and very supported by friendly and very diligent staff. The Riad has not suffered any visible damage and not only is it absolutely beautiful, but the service is also incredible. I would not hesitate to come here again. And I would encourage other people to continue with their holidays in this area and give back to the friendliest and supportive people who at this time are in need of support more than ever. The rooms are beautifully kept, the courtyard garden is like something out of a fairytale and the food is delicious. The Riad is only 5-10 mins walk from the main souks and is also surrounded by other beautiful restaurants. We are still here this week and do not intend to be leaving early.

This hotel truly felt like a scam.
My friend and I had booked a room there and upon our arrival early afternoon, and after long minutes of being told to “take a sit”, we were told that actually we had to go to another riad down the road due to unexplained issues. No explanations, no help, no warning ahead of time.
The room given in the other riad ended up being infected with dozens cockroaches crawling on our luggages/stuff - absolutely unsanitary. we had to look for another accommodation past midnight. We got no help with this again.
Hands down my worst hotel experience.

Exzellenter Service mit unglaublich freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Wunderschöne stilvolle Zimmer. Großartiges Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse. Perfekte Lage, ein Ruhepol im unruhigen Marrakesch.
